Kalich House & Czech Music Museum of Texas.
Donated by Jonathan & Peggy Kalich of Schulenburg, relocated to TCHCC on June 22, 2000 (Kana Brothers Moving), this house was transformed into a Visitors Center with roof & porches restored (Robert Slovak Construction & volunteers from Ennis) & evolved into the Czech Music Museum after Main Building completion.
Sanford Schmid Amphitheater
Built in 2000 after an initial grant by the LCRA plus a matching grand by La Grange resident, Sanford Schmid, the 5,500 square foot Amphitheater includes an open stage, dressing/meeting rooms, restrooms, and prop storage area.
This facility is available for rent and used for musical performances, theatrical plays, presentations, and outdoor weddings.
The Fair Pavilion
Built in 1925, originally owned by the Fair Association, sold to the City of La Grange in 1935, and has served as an integral meeting and dancing place for La Grange and the surrounding area.
Managed by the Round-Up Association, a non-profit organization that raised money to benefit La Grange area youth, with Hall management later taken over by TCHCC.
The facility is available for rent.
