The complex’s glass entrance serves as a symbolic beacon of hope and new beginnings, reflecting the optimism of Czech immigrants arriving in Texas. The Koliba Lobby is a centerpiece of artistry, featuring stained glass windows created by John Kebrle, a third-generation Czech glass artisan. These windows depict two Czech lions holding a collection of Coat of Arms, representing the pride and identity of Czech Texans. The Texas Czech Window on the north side of the foyer displays symbols familiar to early settlers, donated by the Ed Vasek Family.

Named after Adolf Hanslik, a generous donor and community leader, Hanslik Hall is a large, versatile space used for cultural events, banquets, and celebrations. Its design reflects traditional Czech meeting halls, fostering community fellowship and cultural continuity.

The gift shop, funded by William and Mardi Brosch Kopečky, offers a curated selection of authentic Czech and Texas-Czech crafts, books, and memorabilia, allowing members to take home tangible pieces of their heritage.

This museum chronicles the journey and assimilation of Czech immigrants in Texas through a permanent exhibit funded by families such as the Richard & Molly Černošek Family, Liberty Pollard, and the Sophie Loika Schwartz Family. The exhibit includes artifacts, photographs, and personal stories that highlight the resilience and cultural pride of early settlers. A large mural painted by a Czech artist visually narrates the immigrant experience from the Old World to Texas.

The library is a cornerstone for genealogical and historical research, housing approximately 9,000 volumes, including the extensive collections of the Czech Heritage Society of Texas. It offers rare books, periodicals, and archival materials essential for tracing family histories and studying Czech culture. The library also features the oil painting of Karlstyn Castle by David Bartos, symbolizing the connection to the Czech homeland.
